Michael is a Consultant with responsibility for the Newcastle office. He has over 35 years’ post-qualification experience as a Commercial Property Surveyor and joined youngsRPS from Stanton Mortimer when the two firms merged in 2017.
For 20 years Michael worked for Lamb and Edge (now merged with GVA/Avison Young) as professional services partner running a team responsible for all the firm’s valuation and landlord and tenant work.
He set up a new Newcastle commercial property office for Clark Scott-Harden in 2002 and since 2005 was a Director at Stanton Mortimer, responsible for a wide range of commercial property services, including property management, sales and lettings, landlord and tenant work including acting as an Expert Witness and the sale and acquisition of commercial property investments.
