Michael has been trading under his own name of MJ Boaden Chartered Surveyors since 2012 acting for private property management clients. Prior to this, he was a practising partner, latterly sole practitioner, with Wallhead Boaden based in Jesmond, primarily dealing with commercial property management and all associated professional and agency work, alongside valuations.
Michael enjoys training for, and competing in, triathlons with a particular keenness for cycling which included the 150 mile Coast 2 Coast In A Day challenge in 2021 for which he raised £3,000 for Alzheimer’s Research UK. He has also been a season ticket holder at Newcastle United for over 40 years.
