We hear from Kim Harrison, Head of Residential on how the market has picked up thus far in 2022:

Don’t be put off by the season. Our offices across the board have hit the ground running with a continued increase of buyers being registered and new properties agreeing a sale within a week of being on the market!

We have seen an 232 % increase in buyers registering and 210 % increase in viewings from the figures last quarter. These are some impressive figures, and I cannot stress enough that if you are considering selling your property within the next 12 months then now is that time to do it.

Recent Rightmove research shows that Strong demand and continuing low numbers of available homes for sale set up the housing market frenzy to continue into the start of 2022, with early-bird sellers benefitting from increased buyer competition.

With an average of 4.8 offers/buyers to one property there is a lot of disappointed buyers out there desperate to secure their dream home.
