We are seeking a motivated Sales & Lettings Co-ordinator / Admin Assistant to support our busy residential team in Northallerton.

This will be on a temporary contract in the first instance to cover maternity leave.

About the role

The position, based at our Northallerton office, would provide an excellent opportunity for you to join our North Yorkshire residential team.

Hours of work 9am - 5pm Monday-Friday and 9am -1pm Saturdays, for which time off in lieu will be given during the week.

Salary £21,000 per annum.

About you

You will be joining one of the leading, independent local firms of RICS Rural and Commercial Surveyors, Land Agents, Estate Agents and Development Consultants and will deal with a wide variety of clients.

Key skills include:

  • Smart appearance
  • Customer focussed with excellent communication skills both face to face & by telephone.
  • Organised & possess the ability to prioritise workloads & multi- task at busy times.
  • The ability to work as part of a team.
  • IT literate skills including use of Word, web & email systems.
