YoungsRPS announce appointment of new Valuer Manager to its Expanding Alnwick Office

The Alnwick branch of YoungsRPS, who offer property solutions across the commercial property, rural and residential agency markets, has announced the appointment of Rosie Spours, who joins the business as a full time Valuer Manager of their estate agency division.

This is the latest development for YoungsRPS, which recently relocated to larger premises due to increasing demand in property services. Based at its town centre premises in Bondgate Within, this newly created position will see Rosie dedicated to offering a complete range of estate agency services which will include residential sales and lettings.

Born and raised in Northumberland, and a former student of the Duchess High School, Rosie grew up on the family farm near Alnwick, which she is still actively involved in. Rosie started her career in London, working for a leading estate agency and has since established her foundations and built up in-depth knowledge in all areas of residential property, including residential valuations and negotiating sales and lettings. After London, Rosie then returned to her home town of Alnwick to develop her career further.

Graeme Bruce, YoungsRPS Director, who heads up the office, commented on Rosie’s appointment:

YoungsRPS are a dynamic and progressive organisation, and this appointment demonstrates the company’s commitment to and confidence, to the North Northumberland property market.  In her new role, Rosie will be the main point of contact, responsible for overseeing the office and meeting with prospective clients to value and appraise property. She will handle all negotiations in the sales and lettings process, from initial contact through to completion.

Outside of work, Rosie enjoys spending time on the farm, riding her horses and socialising with friends. Here she gives details as to what her new role will entail:
