LODGE DESIGN Designers will work with you to build a home bespoke to your needs, taste and requirements in terms of furniture, appliances and floor plan. Our bases are all designed at 22' x 45' although could clearly accommodate smaller lower cost homes as required or specified. Furthermore, some of our sites may be able to accommodate slightly larger homes with some additional works.
To give an example a 22' x 45' lodge will provide a large living area, dining area, kitchen, halls and ancillary storage and utility accommodation, a principal bedroom suite, bathroom and two further bedrooms. Alternatively bespoke floor plans can be developed to include two bedroom suites, study accommodation, partitioned kitchen areas; you choose. A lodge of that scale will provide accommodation of approximately 950 - 990 sqft (88 - 92 sq m).
SERVICES Lodges will be individually serviced with mains electricity and mains water, as well as a metered LPG gas supply which will avoid the need for costly, unsightly and unwieldy gas bottles. Drainage will be to a communal treatment plant in respect of which a reasonable service charge will be levied.
