Applications for planning and Listed Building consent were submitted recently for the conversion of the property into four one bedroom flats with associated car parking.

In general, the Planning Authority were supportive of bringing the property back into use, subject to various conditions. The current owners ultimately decided not to proceed with the planning application.

It may be possible to amend the existing plans to convert the property into two larger flats.
