About the role

The position, based at our Sedgefield branch, would provide an excellent opportunity to join our diverse team and be involved in a wide range of work which includes Valuation, Utilities, Grants and Subsidies, Property Sales and Lettings, Landlord and Tenant, Renewables and Development.

About you

You will be joining one of the leading, independent local firms of RICS Rural and Commercial Surveyors, Land and Estate Agents and RTPI Planning and Development Consultants and will deal with a wide variety of clients and projects.

We are looking for a rural surveyor to join our busy Sedgefield office. The candidate may be a university graduate or currently working towards their RICS & CAAV examinations, or they may be a more experienced surveyor, including up to Associate/Associate Director levels. The ideal candidate will be an ambitious, practical person with a genuine passion for the industry and the ability to handle a wide ranging workload for a varied client base.

Applicants should be able to work with enthusiasm, flexibility and have an excellent capacity for hard work and attention to detail. Excellent communication and people skills, ideally with a practical knowledge of the agricultural sector.
